The Experience

Race Driver for a Day
You Drive. We Coach.

This is not a hot lap in the passenger seat. At EXR Racing you take the wheel of a genuine sports car — on Israel's most technical race track or the mountain roads of the Judean Hills — while a certified, English-speaking instructor coaches you from the seat beside you.

How it works

Five steps from your phone to the pit lane

  1. 01

    Book on WhatsApp

Send us a message — tell us which car interests you, roughly when, and whether you prefer the race track or the mountain roads. You'll get a personal quote and available dates within minutes, in English.

  2. 02

    Arrive & meet your instructor

On the day, you're welcomed at the venue by your certified instructor. All instructors speak English, and a foreign driver's license is all you need to drive.

  3. 03

    Safety briefing

Before you touch a steering wheel, you get a full briefing: the car, the racing line, braking points, flags and safety procedures. No prior track experience is assumed.

  4. 04

    You drive

This is the core of it — you are behind the wheel, not in the passenger seat. Your instructor sits beside you the whole session, coaching in real time and raising the pace as your confidence grows.

  5. 05

    Leave with the footage

Every experience includes professional video and photo coverage. You go home with proof: you drove a real sports car, hard, in Israel.

Arad Race Track

Southern Israel · pure circuit driving

The most technical circuit in Israel: 14 corners, an official pit lane, a paddock and a spectator area for up to 1,000 people. The track is licensed by the Ministry of Culture & Sport and the motorsport authority — this is where you learn what a racing line really means.

Judean Hills — Nes Harim

~30 minutes from Jerusalem · mountain roads

Winding mountain roads through the Judean Hills near Jerusalem — flowing corners, elevation changes and scenery you won't find on any circuit. The same cars, the same instructor beside you, a completely different kind of drive.

Can't decide? Read the full comparison of the Arad circuit and the Judean Hills roads, or ask us on WhatsApp — we'll recommend based on what you're after.

FAQ

Race driver for a day — your questions

Do I actually drive the car myself?+

Yes — this is a self-drive experience, not a passenger ride. You are behind the wheel for the entire driving session, with a certified instructor sitting beside you coaching you in real time.

Is my foreign driver's license valid?+

Yes. Foreign driver's licenses are accepted — visitors from abroad drive with us regularly. Just bring your valid license on the day.

How long is a session and what does it cost?+

The entry experience is around 60 minutes and starts from ₪1,000 (about $270). Longer, custom experiences go up to ₪8,000 (about $2,150) for a full day. See the pricing page for the full breakdown.

Track or mountain roads — which should I choose?+

The Arad race track is the pure motorsport option: 14 corners, official pit lane, repeatable laps. Nes Harim in the Judean Hills is a scenic mountain-road drive about 30 minutes from Jerusalem. Both come with the same instructor, insurance and video coverage.

I've never driven on a track. Is that a problem?+

Not at all. Most of our guests are first-timers. The safety briefing covers everything, and the instructor adapts the pace to you — the session is built around your level, not a fixed script.

Can I switch between cars during the experience?+

Yes. Many guests combine two or even all three cars in one visit — the V8 Corvette, the 4WD EVO X and the BMW M240 feel completely different. Mention it on WhatsApp and we'll build the combination into your quote.

What's included in the price?+

Everything essential: the car, fuel, a certified English-speaking instructor in the car, a full safety briefing, insurance, and professional video and photo coverage of your drive. No hidden extras.

Can friends or family watch?+

Yes. The Arad circuit has a dedicated spectator area with room for up to 1,000 people, so whoever comes with you can watch every lap from a safe vantage point.
